ATAS membership is open to those who are Rashtrapati awarded (earlier as President Award) Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger from Bharat Scouts & Guides.
Lets know Our History
Journey of ATAS India is started during 7thAPR Scout Leaders Summit in Bangalore on 26th June 2010. Top Achievers of 26 countries witnessed this event. Rtd. Chief Justice of Odisha High Court Justice Kalpesh S. Jhaveri is installed as President of ATAS India. Simon Hang Bock Rhee, then Vice chairman of World Scout Committee and Chairman of ATAS World handed over ATAS Flag to newly installed President Justice Kalpesh S. Jhaveri. M.A.Khalid received special recognition for his efforts. M.A.K. Mecci was recognized with Honorary Silver Tiger award by Korea Scout Association. Till 2024 ATAS India has organised 4 International, 8 National and many regional and special gatherings.
