4th National Gathering

4th ATAS India National Gathering is organised on 20th September 2019 in National Head Quarters of The Bharat Scouts and Guides New delhi, in leadership of ATAS India National President Hon. Rtd. Chief Justice of Odisha High Court Justice Kalpesh S. Jhaveri. The Bharat Scouts and Guides and Indian SGF gave official recognition to ATAS India as Top Achievers Association. S&G also accepted ATAS Patch as part of Uniform. ATAS India felicitated Shyamal Kark and Kaushik Chatterjee for their contribution to fraternity.
